What is a digital art file?

A digital art file is a PDF document. If you purchase this option, a PDF will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can send this file to your local printer to print for you. This is a great option if do not want to incur shipping costs and have the discretion to choose your own print method. It’s a great option for our international customers to reduce their environmental footprint!
 

If I purchase a printed poster, what sort of paper will be used?

Your poster will be printed on a sturdy ‘thick’ stock paper (230 gsm) with a lovely matte finish.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you order a digital art file to download and print yourself, the customised PDF will arrive in your inbox within 24 hours of your order being received.

If you order a printed poster, delivery times will vary from 7 - 14 days depending on your location. Orders placed for delivery within Australia will normally arrive within 7 days.
 

What if The artwork is not quite right?

No problem at all - just email us at hello@alphaberts.com and we will offer you a full refund or arrange for the order to be correctly resent ASAP.
 

Can you customise the poster’s colour?

Absolutely! Please email us at hello@alphaberts.com and we can work together to tailor the artwork colour to match your colour scheme!
 

Do you offer Framing?

Yes we offer frames in either white or a natural wood, however our posters also fit a standard 50x70cm frame from IKEA or one at your local framing shop.
